This is a cookie recipe ready to feed a crowd. I developed these cookies for my daughter’s birthday, the flavours selected during a trip to the local zero waste store to peruse the aisles. I recommend you do the same and grab whatever peaks your interest in place of the mixins in this recipe. I am partial to adding potato chips or pretzels when I have them on hand.
